You have a nice feel to the image. A few thoughts that you might be able to work on. The image is not straight - you can import into Lightroom and fix that. At the same time you might try to alter the lighting a bit so the coloration is less yellow/orange. Let me know when you are able to make those changes.
In looking at this again, I see that you used a tool to blacken the background of this image. I'd like to see your original image, please. The photograph looks off to me - a bit unfocused or perhaps a filter you used? Did you attempt to use the tool in Lightroom to straighten the image? Talk to me with your questions.
